Homemade Avocado Mayonnaise
This avocado mayonnaise is next-level creamy & goes with EVERYTHING. A healthier, plant-based twist on classic mayo.

Ingredients

medium avocados

neutral oil
you can use olive oil if you know that the taste goes with whatever you’ll use the mayo for

water

large garlic clove
peeled

lemon juice
about 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

mustard
optional but highly recommended
Optional: herbs of choice
like ½ bunch of parsley or basil
For a lighter version:
Substitute the oil and water with 150g (about 0.6 cups) unsweetened plant-based yogurt
For an Asian-inspired twist omit the mustard and herbs and add:
