Ingredients

big very ripe bananas
50
g
baby spinach leaves
(or a handful of regular spinach)
Middle part of a celery stalk
(the tender, pale-yellow inner stalks with light leaves—aka the heart of the stalk; or use two handfuls of celery leaves)

Instructions
Peel the bananas and wash the spinach and celery.
Add everything to your blender with 500–600 ml of water (2 to 2.5 cups). Blend until smooth.
If the consistency is too thick for your taste, add a bit more water until it’s just right.
