Lilac Flower Tea

of lilac flowers
(1 fresh lilac head makes 2-3 cups of tea)

Instructions
Gently pull about 2 tablespoons of lilac flowers off the stem.
Steep the flowers in hot water for 5 minutes.
Strain out the flowers.
Add sweetener if desired.
Sprinkle 2-3 flowers over the finished tea for the typical lilac scent.
