- Leaves of one head of celery (about 50 g, green leaves and the small leafy stalks in the middle)
- 100 g frozen blueberries (or fresh blueberries)
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 scant teaspoon spirulina powder (or 1 tablet)
- juice of ½ lemon
- 500 g water
- Wash the celery leaves and blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
